What started out as a site to update on our daughter's cancer has thankfully grown into a site to update on our beautiful family of four. Enjoy our journey...

Happy 'belated' Birthday America!!

We hope that everyone had a happy and safe 4th of July. Charli was about as impressed with the holiday as we thought she would be!

On the 4th we were in the Humphrey parade. Charli's grandma and grandpa Preister had the idea of making a float to raise awareness to Childhood Cancer. So, we worked on that last weekend and were able to pull it together for the parade Wednesday. I think it turned out very neat! We had family and friends ride it with us! Thank you to: Great-Aunt Janelle, Grandma & Grandpa Borg, Grandma & Grandpa Preister, and Jody's granddaughters for helping get things together. Also, a big thanks to Aunt Amanda and Uncle Brad, Nichole, Jesse, Kendall, and Grandma Deb for riding the float with us! (I hope I didn't forget anyone, PLEASE forgive me if I did)

After the parade we ate at the community picnic and left for home. Charli was so tired, but was SO good that day...so happy! We are blessed with a great baby!

Later that night we took Charli on a walk and did a few fireworks, she was not impressed!

Enjoy the pictures of her first 4th of July!

Chad drove his tractor too! He was SO happy!

Daddy gave me his very own tractor to play with, he is teaching me how to share!
